Recurring freight schedules are defined once in T-ERP: customer, route, frequency, default vehicle type, and pricing. The system creates trips automatically on the defined schedule.
Auto-generated trips are reviewed in a daily queue before they go live. Conflicts (vehicle in workshop, driver on leave) are flagged automatically. Managers approve or modify in minutes.
Bulk trip creation from rate schedule imports handles high-volume operations. Import a spreadsheet of orders and T-ERP creates all the trips, assigns resources, and notifies drivers.

The auto-invoicing engine monitors trip completion events. When a trip is marked as delivered and POD is captured, it triggers the invoicing workflow automatically.
Pricing rules are applied: base rate, distance surcharges, fuel levies, waiting time, and any customer-specific adjustments. The invoice is calculated, generated, and sent to the customer without human intervention.
