Auto Trip Generation

Define recurring schedules once - the system creates trips every day.

Recurring freight schedules are defined once in T-ERP: customer, route, frequency, default vehicle type, and pricing. The system creates trips automatically on the defined schedule.

Auto-generated trips are reviewed in a daily queue before they go live. Conflicts (vehicle in workshop, driver on leave) are flagged automatically. Managers approve or modify in minutes.

Bulk trip creation from rate schedule imports handles high-volume operations. Import a spreadsheet of orders and T-ERP creates all the trips, assigns resources, and notifies drivers.

Auto Invoicing

The auto-invoicing engine monitors trip completion events. When a trip is marked as delivered and POD is captured, it triggers the invoicing workflow automatically.

Pricing rules are applied: base rate, distance surcharges, fuel levies, waiting time, and any customer-specific adjustments. The invoice is calculated, generated, and sent to the customer without human intervention.

Auto-invoicing eliminates the month-end billing backlog. Invoices go out the same day as delivery. Cash flow improves. Disputes are resolved faster because the evidence is fresh.

OCR Document Processing

AI reads scanned documents and extracts structured data automatically.

The T-ERP OCR engine uses computer vision to read fuel receipts, weighbridge slips, delivery notes, and any other document type you configure. Point the camera, the AI does the rest.

Extracted data is validated against expected values: the fuel amount is checked against the vehicle's tank capacity, the weighbridge reading is checked against the load limit. Anomalies are flagged for review.

OCR processing eliminates manual data entry for high-volume document types. A driver capturing 10 fuel receipts per day saves 30 minutes of data entry. Across a fleet of 50 drivers, that is 25 hours per day.

T-ERP's notification engine is context-aware: it knows who needs to know about each event and how urgently. A compliance deadline alert goes to the compliance officer. A vehicle breakdown alert goes to the workshop manager and the operations manager.
