RTMS-Ready.Audit-Proof. Always.

Compliance is not optional - it is the cost of doing business. T-ERP manages your entire RTMS framework: policies, audits, incidents, training, and management reviews. When the auditor arrives, you do not scramble - you click print.

The Problem

What we see in the field

An RTMS audit is a scramble every time

Documents are in different places, records are incomplete, and your team spends a week preparing what should be instantly available.

You do not know your drivers are fatigued until it is too late

No system for tracking hours, no fatigue risk scoring, no automated alerts. You are one accident away from a serious liability.

Incidents are reported but never properly investigated

Paper forms, no follow-up tracking, no root cause analysis. The same incidents keep happening because nothing changes.

T-ERP solves all of this.

How It Works

Compliance & Safety in T-ERP

A detailed look at every capability in this department and how the system handles it.

01

RTMS Framework

Full Road Transport Management System compliance in one place.

T-ERP implements all 8 elements of the RTMS framework: management commitment, risk management, vehicle fitness, driver wellness, load management, journey management, incident management, and monitoring and review.

Policies, objectives, and targets are defined in the system. Progress against each objective is tracked automatically from operational data. Management review reports are generated on demand.

RTMS accreditation documentation is stored and version-controlled in T-ERP. When your accreditation body requests evidence, you export it in minutes.

8 RTMS Elements

  • Management commitment
  • Risk management
  • Vehicle fitness
  • Driver wellness
  • Load management
  • Journey management
  • Incident management
  • Monitoring & review
02

Compliance Dashboard

Visual overview of every compliance requirement and its status.

The compliance dashboard gives you a red/amber/green status for every compliance requirement across the business. Expired documents, overdue audits, and open corrective actions are all visible at a glance.

Drill down from any status indicator to the underlying records. A red vehicle fitness indicator takes you directly to the list of vehicles with expired roadworthy certificates.

Compliance scores are calculated automatically and trended over time. You can see whether your compliance posture is improving or deteriorating month on month.

Compliance Status

Vehicle fitness: 98% compliant
Driver credentials: 100%
Open incidents: 3
Overdue audits: 0
RTMS score: 94/100
03

Incident Management

Capture incidents with root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.

Incidents are captured in T-ERP from the field via the mobile app or from the office. Every incident record includes: date, time, location, vehicles involved, persons involved, witnesses, initial description, and photos.

Root cause analysis is structured into the incident workflow. Investigators work through a defined process: immediate cause, underlying cause, and systemic cause. Corrective actions are assigned with owners and due dates.

Corrective action follow-up is tracked automatically. Overdue actions appear on the compliance dashboard and trigger escalation alerts. Nothing falls through the cracks.

04

Emergency Response

Real-time emergency alerts from the field with live GPS location.

The T-ERP Driver App has a dedicated emergency button. One tap sends an immediate alert to all designated emergency contacts with the driver's name, vehicle registration, and live GPS coordinates.

Emergency alerts appear on the fleet map in real time. The nearest available vehicle and the emergency contact list are displayed immediately. Response time is measured and recorded.

All emergency events are logged in the incident management system automatically. The response timeline, actions taken, and outcome are recorded for compliance and insurance purposes.

Emergency Response

  • One-tap alert from driver
  • Instant GPS location
  • All contacts notified
  • Fleet map highlighted
  • Response time tracked
  • Incident auto-created
05

Fatigue Management

Monitor driver hours, rest periods, and fatigue risk scores.

Driver duty sessions are tracked automatically via the mobile app clock-on/clock-off system. Total hours worked, driving time, and rest periods are calculated in real time against the legal limits.

Fatigue risk scores are calculated for each driver based on hours worked, time of day, route length, and historical patterns. Amber and red alerts fire automatically when risk thresholds are approached.

Managers can see the fatigue status of every driver on the fleet dashboard. A driver approaching their legal limit cannot be assigned to a new trip without an override and a documented reason.

Fatigue Monitoring

Hours tracked: real-time
Rest periods: verified
Risk score: calculated
Legal limit alerts: automatic
06

Route Risk Assessment

Assess and score route hazards with mitigation measures.

Every route in T-ERP has a risk assessment: road conditions, known hazard points, load restrictions, and seasonal risks. Risk scores are calculated and reviewed on a defined schedule.

Mitigation measures are documented against each hazard. Drivers are required to acknowledge the route risk assessment before departure on high-risk routes.

Route risk data feeds the journey management element of RTMS. Auditors can see that every route has been assessed, that drivers have been briefed, and that mitigation measures are in place.

Route Risk Factors

  • Road condition rating
  • Known hazard points
  • Load restrictions
  • Seasonal risks
  • Driver briefing required
  • Mitigation measures
